PELC’s vision is to make it easier for patients to access urgent healthcare services in their local community, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our purpose is to provide high quality healthcare services for the benefit of the diverse local communities we serve.  As a ‘not for profit’ organisation and we are dedicated to:

All organisations within the NHS have a duty to deliver corporate and national (NHS) aims. We ensure the principles of clinical governance, audit and risk assessment are integrated and embedded throughout the organisation and that this can be evidenced by structures and processes to support quality assurance which are recognised and implemented by our staff and partners.

This strategy ensures that Laws, Regulations and Codes of Practice relating to the implementation of an integrated governance framework are met and discharged by the organisation, staff and stakeholders.
