 GP Speciality Training Scheme
​(GP-VTS)


​PELC is pleased to inform you that we are now approved by Health Education England as an education provider for GP-ST Out of Hours shifts and supervision. 
 
Our team of Out of Hours Clinical Supervisors welcome all GP trainees to book their OOH sessions at PELC. 
 
To register and book your sessions, please send an email with the below registration form attached to

                                                         pelc.vts-admin@nhs.net (with subject line - 'GP-ST registration')

​Please note : This e-mail will not accept attachments of more than 10MB, Please send your documents over 2-3 emails and expect a reply within 3-5 working days.

After registration, your Adastra and Rota-master login details will be emailed to you within a week of receiving your completed application form and all your documents.
​
You will be given the choice of booking available shifts/OOH supervisor on rota-master.

Once booked into a shift, your supervisor may contact you (over e-mail) beforehand to understand your training needs(if any).
We intend to conduct an induction for registrars who have not worked in the Out of Hours setting as yet. For all other trainees, a centre orientation and a briefing of policies and procedures will be done by your Clinical Supervisor on your first shift at the locations below. 
 
We request those trainees who were previously registered with PELC to please complete the new form as a new registration. However, your Adastra login access can be reactivated without any further forms etc.

King George’s Hospital, Barley Lane , Ilford, Essex, IG3 8YB, Nearest train station- Goodmayes
Phone - 0330 400 4333.  

Report to Urgent Care Centre next to A&E. 

All weekdays 1900-0000
Saturday/Sunday 0800-1300

Service : Face to Face consultation sessions& Home visits on weekends; 

We look forward to providing you with the necessary shifts and support to help you complete your Out of Hours training requirements.
