​The Partnership of East London Cooperatives (PELC) is a not-for-profit social enterprise delivering NHS integrated urgent care services (NHS 111, Clinical Assessment, GP Out of Hours and Urgent Care Centres),  to more than 2 million people across East London and West Essex.

PELC is a member-based organisation with membership drawn from GPs and health professionals, patient representatives and staff. The organisation reinvests all profits into improving its services, there are no shareholders.

Patient Experience Survey

Every month we carry out a postal survey of a sample of people who have used the NHS 111 service in East London. Our most recent results show that 85% were satisfied with the 111 service. Here are some recent quotes;
